When making a purchase through the Minnesota Star Tribune app, as a final step in the process, we ask that you connect your startribune.com account to your new in-app subscription to get access to our content beyond the app.
If this part of the process didn't occur, or didn't occur correctly, here's how to fix that for your account:
- Go to the app's settings menu.
- Select "Link _____ Subscription" (actual messaging will depend on whether you're using iOS or Android).
- Sign in if needed.
Your startribune.com account should now be linked to your subscription.
