Comment Error - Apps:
Some consumers using our native app on their Apple or Android devices are running into an error message on our comment pages that says: “Networking Error: Please Refresh.”
Some, but not all, consumers have been able to restore comment availability by doing the following:
- Uninstall and reinstall the app from your devices app store.
- Once the app has been reinstalled, log out from the app and back in again.
If this process does not resolve the issue, we ask that in the meantime you please use our website properties (both mobile and desktop) to access comment pages instead.
Comment Error - Website Properties (Mobile and Desktop):
Some consumers using our website to access comments are getting 502/431 errors or a message that says “unexpected network errors.”
If that does not work, clearing the cookies from your browser may also help resolve the issue. If you need any instructions for doing so, here's a guide that may be helpful.
Other customers have found these errors to be intermittent and have been able to get comments by coming back at another time.
We are working through these issues but do not currently have an estimated time for a resolution.
